To get started on Bifocal, set up your first project. A project will enable you to import a prototype, collect and organize feedback, and begin to iterate and explore new solutions.
To create a project, navigate to the Project tab and click “+New Project”. Enter a project name as well as any important context, like a PRD, for the project.
The backbone of every Bifocal project is the prototype; this is what you’ll be collecting feedback on, and what Bifocal will use as a base to explore and iterate based on user feedback.First, give your prototype a recognizable name that will be referred to throughout the project.Next, you can import a prototype or select an existing template saved as context in your Bifocal account. To import from most popular AI coding tools like Figma Make, Lovable or V0.dev, download a zip file of the prototype directly from the service OR by syncing your prototype to Github and downloading from there. Then, upload the zip directly into Bifocal.Once a prototype is imported into Bifocal, you can save it as a template that can be reused in the future.
