Sessions represent the distinct pieces of feedback that you’ve collected on your prototype, either from running a life feedback session or by adding notes / transcripts for a prior feedback session. Bifocal enables you to do feedback analysis and solution exploration on each individual session as well as across all sessions. Exploring feedback on a Session level allows you to focus on insights and solutions for specific customers, like a VIP customer, or based on important internal feedback, like a review session with your manager.

Add existing interview transcripts and notes

If you have run a user interview or feedback session outside of Bifocal, you can also add the notes and transcripts. This enables you to keep all of your feedback in one place regardless of where and how it was collected. Read more about adding existing feedback here.

Live Feedback Sessions
